alot of people give up their rights with out knowing it. if a cop asks if they can search you all you have to do is say no. if they ask then they dont have probable cause because if they do have probable cause they dont ask. i guess its different in airports or whatever but any lawyer you talk to will tell you dont talk to cops dont agree to any search of your person or property and if you are arrested then ask for a lawyer and shut up.

Yes Billy I was happy you were fighting the fine fight while I was away from the board even though we've had our disagreements.
It's things like drying up the illicit money transfers worldwide, disbanding terrorist group training camps, infiltrating various groups, that will actually make a difference. Let's be a bit rational about national security. Just because someone "feels" safe doesn't mean they really are. Let's make sure that what we do ACTUALLY works without infringing on our constitutional rights. For crying out loud, the reason we are supposedly in Iraq is to bring them freedom and democracy yet trample our own liberties in the process. It makes no sense.

I have no issue with credible searches being done. Still, I do wonder whether or not this could lead to losses of freedoms. But I'd rather be safe than sorry.

I heard Dr. Laura speak a total truth: "Activists are among the angriest people there are. To be an activist of any sort is to always look for an excuse to be angry about something".

That doesn't even make sense. More proof that "Dr." Laura is fulloshit.

I forgot about the Dr. Laura comment LOL.

Activists are standing up for what they believe in. Call them passionate. Call them active. Call them engaged in the process. But to call them angry is foolish. Besides how upbeat and happy is Dr. Laura? She's usually the negative, angry one from the diatribes I've heard her spout.

She's a bitch...that plies weaker women with guilt and carries NO responsibility for her bad advice....the perfect job.

But I love it when she tears some whiney ass loser chick a new one for being "stupid"...
