  INCOMING!

  well, i'm going to have visitors this saturday.... it's a long tale, but it does have a point, i promised at one time to post about the ugly poa mess, and these visitors are directly involved in this ugliness.. my dub niece and her hubby, who haven't seen fit to have any contact with me in over three years called me out of the blue offering me my dad's old furniture, so i'm going out there to pick it up in my van, but then they are following me back home to 'hang out and maybe grill some stuff' just as if nothing's changed, but a lot has changed.. we recently had a battle in my family over my aging mother's poa because she has the early stages of alzheimer's and the family broke into factions along unexpected lines.. the primary combatents were my two sisters, mrs. po who is the third child (i am the fouth), and srlb who is the youngest of us five.. the other players are my two brothers, 'non-dub', the oldest, and 'df', the second.. well, non-dub molested srlb when she was eight, just once, but that is a million times too many and after years of seeming to tolerate his presence when she had to, she decided that she could never forgive him for 'messing up her life.'.

  when non-dub was down on his luck, mrs po lets him live in a room in her house.

  very untypical behavior for a dub.. srlb 'personally disfellowships' mrs po, i guess you can be shunned even if you are in 'good standing', and the wife of the po at that!.

  Today’s Jehovah’s Witnesses are unable to discern that they are being spoon-fed the lie. They refuse to take in the vast amount of information that proves the WTBTS is directed by the demons. They go on loving the lie.

  I can only pray that they wake up sometime before their lives expires and they look back to see the utter waste of a lifetime.

  Questions For Non-JWs

  it just struck me that a lot of what we post comes under "you couldn't make it up"!

  so my questions to those of you that aren't jw's or partnered with one - why do you continue to come here, does it entertain/surprise/inform you?

  if you knew no jehovah's witnesses would you still be interested?

  Watchtower Society Over JWs Fielding Techno-propaganda In Germany And U.S.

  watchtower society over jws fielding techno-propaganda in germany and u.s. former jehovah's witness stephan wolf is sending material out of germany that i have just begun receiving and researching.

  for example i found a link off of a link that indicates the watchtower society appears to be trying to improve its public image as more christian (and less of a cult) there by putting individual jws up to airing a public radio program about christ http://www.radio-nachgefragt.de/ which is based out of the town of bochum.

  previously http://www.standfirm.de/ was formed supposedly by private citizens without watchtower society direction to air the idea that the watchtower society had led jws in germany into heroic resistance against the nazi dictatorship even though the reality is that though there were heroic jws who did what they could and sometimes died as martyrs, wts branch head erik frost actually sold germanys jws out to the nazis.

  yes, there are several of us that either have to go to the crap-assed assembly this year, or simply because we plan on taking notes and posting them here.

  knowing how bloody boring the entire thing is, i've made some tips up on how you can keep awake during the 2007 borefest:are you really going to the assembly this year?

  are you ready to fall asleep by 10:05am when the opening song and prayer are over?
