You're right: Every time I hear about pedophylliacs. I fantasize about sticking them with a bat full of nails where the sun doesn't shine. I just cannot avoit it.

I find this list absolutely infuriating! Where's stealing from pensioners? Lying to stockholders and the SEC? War profiteering? Censoring reporters and editors in your employ to conform to your opinions? Forcing competitors out of business by violating antitrust laws? Employing people at wages that ensure they can't make a living without two jobs? Accepting huge bonuses when the company is losing money? Tell me the morality in those!

Well, this is not expresely covered in the bible, so it must be moral to do it.

There seems to be a long list so far:

lying
choosing self-delusion as guide
inebriation via a sense of power over others, often accompanied by bullying (see the story of the slave who drank and beat the others)
self-centred responses to potential losses of face and shame
being fearful over their own guilt and suppressing it
using other humans to their own ends - learned from their 'god'
their policies on handling child abuse and family violence cases
they wreck children spiritually! Children NEED TO BE TAUGHT TO HAVE COMPASSION AND CONCERN ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE
they deliberately and consciously wreck families by disfellowshiping
stop them getting educated,
shelter pedophiles,
absolutely totally screw up the lives of child abuse victims by making them feel like the guilty party,
steal lives over the blood issue,
stop people having harmless fun at birthdays and stuff like that.
People have died following their direction and then the direction has changed: Blood rules; organ transplants come to mind very quickly
They steal time, energy, and money in the name of God

I?d like to add to that:

Suicides
Psychological damage to their children when others make outsiders of the group by not pledging the flag, celebrating birthdays, etc.
Depriving their children of the opportunity to develop physically in team sports.
People getting sick, becoming handicapped, or dying because of their stupid vaccine policies for decades.
Hardening people?s attitude towards the hungry and needy.
Using their children as unpaid sales people without pay, even in all kinds of inclement weather.
Preventing people from obtaining certain jobs such as policemen.
Instilling fear of having relationships with non-JWs, reading books,
Robbing 20 hours per week of their life by lying to them of having to meet for five hours per week, time dressing up and going and coming from the KH, ?socializing? with the ?brothers?, doing your family study, preparation for the books, meeting for, and going to field services, conducting studies, etc.
Teaching people to lie about how wonderful it is to be a JW because it would bring dishonor to Jehovah.

I think that you are wrong. People in slavery keep their original languages. A good example of this is how Martin Luther King spoke in Swahili to Afroamericans in his "I Have a Dream" speech.
