When I was in and involved in uncovering some serious fraud I was grateful for the THE VISIT. It was like 'justice has come to town'. Then I witnessed the CO getting bawled out by the elders I'd identified. That started the long road littered with questions.

I'm almost of the opinion that the GB let these rumours out to fly so that Forums get hold of them to debate them ..... and ......
..... cast an eye over what would really happen if etc,.
Saves a lot of bother of them having to work it out possible consequences! -

I used to read your posts with interest, appreciating you were going through a tough patch - but now? What gives?
I've seen people give you the benefit of any doubt but now you've shown yourself to be out of touch with all rational thought. Proof, if any were needed.....

Anyone ever get panicky when they 1st started missing a lot of meetings?

this i might add is of his initiation, not mine.
anyways, yesturday we missed the sunday meeting.

I wouldn't like to describe as panic.... I did feel uneasy though for a while.
It's the realisation that were I was their 'captive' that woke me from me uneasy state. Then it was easy, no fear of anything. They can only make you feel like that if you offer to them any form of control. Once you realise they don't control you anymore it's a doddle! -

by oompa inor is it just me?...ya...it was wicked hard to deal with and i will never be the same...we had two cute kids at the time, very young, and she was out knocking on doors with a 35 hour a month average....i was never spiritual enough and hated service....and felt there were too many meetings......she truly just disappeared one day...no note...i found her thousands of miles away, not even in the us....ya how is that for weird?.....can anybody top that?....i lost 20 pounds the first month and was already skinny.....i still care for her greatly, and know she was truly mentally ill at the time......cause you would have to be crazy to leave a guy like me!!!
!.....lol.....that line has gotten me through a lot of tough times....she really was ill and on tons of meds.......oompa....this one should be on oprah.
again.....can anybody top that?....step up to the plate....i could not find anyone to help me with that, as nobody had had that happen to them.

15 years after the fact I found out my youngest daughter wasn't mine!
I did the running ... two years later.... should've gone sooner. -
