RECENT REVISIONS TO THE KH DRESS CODE?

i was told by my former book-study conductor recently that a new 'dress code' had been handed down by the wts, because people had been 'getting too casual' with their styles of clothing.

one item he mentioed was a new rule for women prohibiting denim skirts.

and, when a woman wore a denim jacket, she was also told this was not appropriate for the kh.

i'll be free from the bondage of the watchtower pharisees.. after over a year now of researching my belief in god and the watchtower society, i'm convinced that i can't live my life untill i'm out.. they finally just a few weeks ago deleted me as an ms, over six months after i asked them to.

that's a big relief.

they didn't get the hint from my 2 hrs.

it's unavoidable... when a jw finds out you no longer believe it's "the truth," they're eager to jump on flaws in your thinking.

they (and formerly, we) want to believe that, when someone leaves, there must have been something that "soured you" to the organization.

some personal thing that resulted in bitterness and therefore your departure.. it's good to be able to say that you didn't leave because of any big scandal or personal affront, isn't it?

i've made up my mind... even though the odds of success don't bode well (this is sadly due to her extremely strong familial connections and not super-loyalty to the org.

), i'm going to try to get my wife out by showing her my huge stack of watchtower lies, false prophecy, and idiocy.

i just need to complete my documentation on 607 bce with some good research from the local library, but that's not where i need help.

after a conversation with my dad last night, i realized that it is fairly.

easy for jws to weasel out of issues involving the fossil record because.

a) the wt has very little to say on the subject and b) witnesses are.

i need the beth sarim stuff from page 311... i have a scan of the deed from golden age, but i think the way rutherford gloats about it in the salvation is much more damning.. any help is much appreciated!.

if so, how often.. do you still attend the memorial?.

i never go, ever, and haven't been to a memorial in about 6 years (been too long to accurately remember) - i'm too far gone.

What is wrong with the Memorial date this year?

the memorial is supposed to be held in nisan 14, jewish calendar.

that day is april 19, 2008. why is the memorial being held this coming saturday march, 22?

does anybody know?
