Concerning your behaviour towards others
by ixthis inwikipedia has an article on rudeness.. rudeness (also called impudence or effrontery) is a display of disrespectfulness by not complying with the social "laws" or etiquette of a group or culture.
these laws have been established as the essential boundaries of normally accepted behavior.
i have noticed a high level of rudeness in this forum ... i was wondering the why.. what do others consider "rude" behaviour wrt this forum?do others have any thoughts about the obvious rude behaviour?do others have any thoughts if the aggressively rude posters have this personality as a by-product of watchtower indoctrination?if no, what could be causing this aggresion?

The rudeness is because, as a group of ex-jw's, we disdain people coming on the forum and preaching at us. And despite that being the group norm (one of the key parts of your definition of rudeness), some people, including you, RUDELY do it anyway and then feign ignorance when you get the reaction you already know you will.
So, why are you rude? I have no idea. But, don't mistake getting your feelings hurt for us being rude.

I have just left my parents home and the JW's about six months ago and have found it hard to get over.
by StephanieH ini finally desided to leave the witnesses therefore my family and basicly everyone and everything i had ever known.
i was 19 about to be 20 and i had just finished my first semester at a community college.
i was shocked at the respons of my father and others about me attending college at first they were ok but behind my back they were pretty much betting on my failier.
