  i downloaded the 1999 version of the cd-rom today, overwriting the 1995 version.

  does anyone know if they've gone in and changed anything that we "apostates" have brought up and pointed out?.

  i'm sick and tired of hearing things from uptight-short-sighted-narrow minded hypocritics.

  islam (at least the fundy bin laden variety) seems like the billy the kid of western religion.

  western religion (including judaism and islam) considers individuals as separate entities irrevocably responsible to allah or god or jehovah rather than integral parts of a whole such as eastern religions buddhism and hinduism.. how has that difference affected you as a jw or as a former jw?.

  this is rather embarrassing to say, but i have a problem.

  the three times i have had sex i have noticed that i can't get aroused by normal penetration.

  only oral sex will do it.

  With me it always was ultimately self-consciousness, which causes performance anxiety, which causes softness. Even when I was young. If I had had Viagra back then my life would surely have taken a different course than it did. A girl I liked very deeply got really pissed when I could not keep it up during oral sex, and left me. If I had satisfied her I may not have ended up marrying a girl that got interested in JW's, which affected the next 25 years of my life. But it had nothing to do with the first girl at all, just my performance anxiety. But she took it personal.

  Now the Viagra makes all the difference. You can experiment with different doses: 25, 50, 100mg (cut 50 in half for 25's; and 100 in half is cheaper that 2-50's). They last different times, depending on whether you've drunk any alcohol. Shop online for sites that sell it to you without a prescription. A 50 or 100mg makes you as stiff as a telephone pole and it can last from 1/2 hour to 1 hour or more. I found that the stiffness itself feels really good to ME, and thus gives me much confidence in my performance, and I don't have to worry if it's going to let me down by suddenly going soft. A glass of wine before sex can reduce premature ejaculation while not affecting the Viagra. But don't drink much more than that, because too much alcohol can start to affect the efficiency of the Viagra. I live in Del Rio, Texas, on the Mexican border. Viagra in Mexico costs about the same, but you just can't bring back so much at a time that Customs thinks you're selling the stuff. A few boxes and no sweat. The customs officers (both male and female) look at your Viagra purchase with a knowing glint in their eye. I hope this helps.

  The WT and Native Americans

  i was just browsing the officail wt site...hmmm i thought we were, but just for the sake of this post i'll admit going there.

  they have an article at the url below which i thought was hillarious.

  it talks about how the native americans are facing more and more assimilation and the destruction of thier indigenous culture by "the world".

  The assimilation of the Native Americans and destruction of their cultures (speaking only about what's now called the United States) began as WhiteMan started bamboozling them with trinkets and expropriating their property, say, somewhere close to where the WT now stands in Brooklyn (including Patterson and other holdings) some time ago. And the WT has the gall to blame "the world." They also have the gall to give complete worship to what's called "legal", even if what's now "legal" was begun by illegal means, such as the property expropriated from Indians that the WT says they now have "legal" claim to. They have their OWN particular bloodguilt.

  i think being raised as a 'witness' puts me in a unique 'class' (aka 'co-dependent ha ha).

  now that i'm 41 (divorced, white, professional, female [mom]) i have discovered many things about why i have become the person i am.

  WhatNow, COMF has a good point.

  Your e-mail has to be unlocked. I just realized that I needed to do that also. So I did it. What do you have to lose? If your present e-mail handle is revealing about who you are, you might want to use a handle with an AKA to have a Hotmail account, or some such. It keeps your anonymity intact.

  Mormons in the neighborhood.

  today as i was pulling into my driveway i noticed two young mormon "elders" at my neighbor's house.

  they stood on the porch and watched me pull into my garage, obviously had just been at my house.

  i thought for sure they would be marching right over to inquire as to whether i was interested in learning about their church.

  A long time ago before my wife and I got bamboozled into the JW thing we invited two mormon guys to come over one evening and tell us about their religion. One was young, handsome and cheerful (probably a newbie or a Jack Mormon) and the guy conducting was older and crabby and uninspiring. He started by placing felt cutouts on a felt presentation sheet. On top he placed first the Mormon Tabernacle in Salt Lake City, followed by progressively less exalted icons of the church as he went down. Like starting a JW study with the OM book (BTW, try humming OM and you have a new thought). We started asking questions, and they must have been deep because the older guy got more and more nervous as he had lots of trouble answering our questions. The young Mormon was so amused that the older elder was screwing up he started chuckling, and then he, my wife and I became overwhelmed with laughter so uncontrollable that Older Elder said, "That's it, Tom, let's go." The three of us were still laughing as the two walked out the door. That was a very enjoyable study!!

  Just another WBTS bullying tactic. They are so defenselessly, shabbily pitiful in how they treat their own people and do not want ANY light to shine on ANYone who's even LOYAL to them because that light should be shining on the BORG alone as God's messenger.
