I can understand how you feel Elsewhere, although I got my Bachelor's in C.I.S. last may, it was even hard for me to find a job until 7 months later. A degree is something but it's not everything... Even though I have a job right now I'm getting certified to become more marketable. If I were you I'd go into business for myself, doing web pages for a living (with all my knowledge about computers I've had very little experience in web design). I'd love to have your experience, and believe me, I was itching for it after college. Find a way to market yourself in some way, in the paper or elsewhere, and if you get too much business....well you can't please everyone all the time.
As for looking for jobs...the classifieds are the best way, get up as early as possible every morning when you get the paper and send as many faxes as possible (even for office, admin jobs) (I've had a miserable time with Internet job sites, just my experience). I can only tell you how I handeled my job search since it was a long and painful one. With your experience I'm sure it will be easier than all the college grads (like myself) who had the educaion but no experience...Tell me how things go....
