i started doubting the organization when i was 15. i spent the next 12 years doing in-depth research involving numerous emails with bible scholars and scientists.
i finally left the organisation 3 years ago.
technically i was never actually a jw as i was never baptised, so iâm not being shunned.
A shame that I once believed this nonsense. I remember a WT from the 60âs reprint that made a reference between a bible text and the length of a WT property block in Brooklyn.
There is so much doctrine sh@t in JW history, that we can conclude that the theologians and writers were a bunch of idiots. Even better: charlatans.

did the gb say recently that they are to be dead or pulled out of earthly existence before the great tribulation?.
if so, can someone point me to jw literature or a thread on this topic?.

this thread currently has over 300 comments.. it shows a picture of an older man washing a window looking wistfully⊠then it talks all about how some may have doubts about not having planned and the situation they are in now that they are older, etc.
it refers to others who did plan and who supposedly have âapparentâ financial security.
in my opinion, the whole gist of this article is to make older witnesses feel better who did not pursue a career or plan well for retirement.. it tries to imply that those others who planned only have âapparentâ financial security - which is to say they donât (?).
When was a MS, I diclined a part on the meeting "Simplify your life for Jehovah" or something like that.
Because I did not simplify my own life.
The PO went crazy, hé had to look for some one else.

i'm interested to know the age demographics here.
it must be significantly different to other exjw forums.
it would be a damning report for watchtower if most of us appear to have left for decades.. you don't have to mention your exact age, you could always say "in my 50s".. i am in my 70s.
