by tazmaniac ini remember finding 2 week old lottery tickets in a elders car i was working on.
he said they must have been from the previous owner.
he owned the car for over a year and a half and the lottery tickets were just a little over two weeks old.

Missing Time on your Resumé - Pioneers, Bethelites, Missionaries
by Scully infor anyone who spent months or even years pioneering, at bethel or as missionaries:.
how do you account for those "lost years" on your resume if you are looking for work?do you just leave that time blank?do you put it in under another category (like charitable work)?do you list the skills (if any) that you acquired during that time?do you fess up and say "i was bamboozled by a cult and did their crap for x number of years"?.

A question for former pioneers.
by JV ineverytime you go to an assembly or to a convention or the co pays a visit, there's always a call for people to pioneer.
they always drag out a couple of pioneers on to the stage and "interview" them.
the one question they always ask is if the pioneers have any regrets over pioneering.

she hated going out in service but since i hated it myself we didn't go do the door to door work much.
i look back now and i can't believe how controlling and un-loving that religion had made me.

As a witness how many could not remember your child's date of birth
by rekless ini had five kids and my wife remembered every ones dob, but i never did learn.
the most embarrassing moment was when i had to take my son to the doctors.
and standing in front of the office i had to asked him how old he was and what was his birthday.

on june 12, 1995, at 1530 alaska daylight time, a wheel equipped cessna 402b airplane, n710ws, registered to and operated by the watchtower bible organization and tract society, collapsed its nose gear while taxiing back after landing.
the business flight, operating under 14 cfr part 91, departed good news, alaska, and the destination was tuntutuliak, alaska.
