I do not have time now to open my WT lib and research but I can tell you definitivley that the 'other sheep' are saved (according to the wt) not due to being justified in Christ BUT due to their association with the 'annointed'. That is their only basis of salvation. And the annointed, to be considered true annointed, must follow with lockstep conformity the governing body- who are representaitve of the annointed. It has been sort of muddied now that the door has been reopened and the annointed have been said to be nothing specail...and the GB has been elevated to being obeyed at all costs.

Reniaa...not to beat a dead horse, but I think you are fooling yourself if you think you can be a JW and not believe the FDS being chosen in 1919. If you are a baptized witness, I challenge you to tell the BOE that you accept 1919 but don't believe it...I guarantee that you will not slide on that, but risk being accused of apostasy. That is where the difference lies...you can't publicly think outside the party line.

BTW Reniaa, many religions have preached the Gospel...and have been much more penetrating worldwide in their efforts than JW's or Mormons. This is a huge fallacy perpetrated by JW's to try and show themselves as the only ones following the commission of preeaching. Rather than do any fact checking for yourself, you just are regurgitating what you have heard from the WT. Preaching involves more than just knocking on doors...

Although there are people who teach us the wrong things and confuse us, the Trinity which Jehovah's Witnesses state is not the true Trinity doctrine.
Why do I have to say the same thing repeatedly?
You, the defender of Jehovah's Witnesses,
Stop using the word "Trinity"!I think that you who cannot understand it are foolish even if I say the same thing repeatedly.

Reniaa:
HI besty I think there was amisunderstanding between us I at first thought you were telling me I couldn't be aJw unless I believed in 1919, but accepting it is a different thing,
Can you explain - in light of the quote below - how you accept a belief without believing in it please?
Approved association with Jehovah’s Witnesses requires accepting the entire range of the true teachings of the Bible, including those Scriptural beliefs that are unique to Jehovah’s Witnesses. Watchtower April 1 1986 Pg 31 Question From Readers

Reniaa:
I was kicked out of JWs because I said I didn't believe in the dates. I told 2 elders that I no longer believed in 1914, 1919, 1932, 1938, and 1944.
That was enough for them to consider me DAd. The trinity was not even mentioned, as it was a non-issue.
How you can think that dates are not important to these people again, boggles the mind.

OUTLAW
Possible-San..You are talking to a person who will not speak truthfully,if it does not serve her purpose.....Look at the conversation Between Reniaa and Besty.....Besty has asked a very simple question..It requires a "yes or no" answer.....That question does not serve her pupose..So Reniaa will do anything to avoid answering "yes or no".....................You can explain your understanding of the Trinity all day to Reniaa..She will only accept what the Jehovah`s Witness`s say about how the Trinity works..They are wrong..But..That does`nt matter to Reniaa..........Reniaa never lets the Truth, get in the way of her Belief`s..LOL!!.....................................

carla :
Why is it jw's do not know their own literature?
from a very quick google see below. It would take less than 15 minutes for a jw to reasearch their own literature but they don't, they leave it to apostates. brilliant.

w89 8/15 31 Questions From Readers *** The people of all nations who have the hope of everlasting life on earth benefit even now from Jesus’ services. Though he is not their legal Mediator, for they are not in the new covenant, he is their means of approaching Jehovah.
Why is it that you don't read the post before replying to it. Please read my comments again and compare that with your reference above.
What the Watchtower has said is that the term mediator is used in a legal sense, a contractual sense, which relates to the 144,000. If you substitute some other word for 'mediator', for example 'go-between', all JWs recognise Jesus as the one through whom they pray and who acts on their behalf in approach to God.

I understand why you say that but I think you are mistaken. In another of carla's references Watchtower 1979 November 15 p.27 Benefiting from "One Mediator Between God and Men" states
To keep in relationship with "our Savior, God," the "great crowd" needs to remain united with the remnant of spiritual Israelites.
That is the same as saying the foreigners fleeing from Egypt had to stay with the Israelites but it was still God and Christ (the Rock) which was saving them through the Red Sea etc.

Except for this simple detail. We know exactly when Moses was appointed directly by God to his postion. It is recorded for us. The WT has attempted to appoint themselves to this position. So an analysis of that claim is necessary and proves to be anything but true. We both know the Wt denouces any who leave the org- they deem it impossible to keep one's relationship with God and Christ UNLESS in touch with the org- they placlaim themselves (and only themselves) as the spiritual israelites.
