I know Dan. I can't even imagine the pain you're going through right now. But you are important. You are something even if you don't have your wife. Remember, it's not you that's making her cry. It's the WTS's crazy teachings.

Your actions will show that you love your children, even that you still love your wife. Although the pain may feel for the moment unbearable, you will get through this. You have to get through this for the sake of your kids. They will end up better off. Be a good father (which I'm sure you are). In time, they will come to understand why you made the choices you did and they will have something that maybe you didn't, a choice whether to be a JW or not.

There are obviously two sides to this story, neither one of you is perfect, neither one of you is fully to blame here. You need to talk with a professional and sort this out. If the only friends nearby are from the hall, then maybe you need to eat some crow if the bridge hasn't been burned and retreat a little. I don't know. But you need to get as much control back as you can.

Dan she is probably being dramatic to get a reaction, she is hurting, listen to Yknot, don't give up on your little family, I said similar things to my hubby years ago during some dark times in my life, but I didn't mean them deep down. I was hurting and desperate. please be patient.

I wish words can express how sorry I am for you. Maybe give it a day or so and not contact her? It will be hard but at least "sleep on it" and start a new day...take it one day at a time.

Hey guys....I know you are trying to help but this is still his wife and mother of his children. Sometimes we need some time to clear our heads. What she is doing is very hurtful and the correspondence is very raw and new at the moment.
