Why God keeps silent to somebody even after intensive cry?

Given the definition of "tangible", dear S17 (again, peace to you!), I could never make such a statement. I can say, however, that not all evidence is tangible, nor is tangible evidence the only reality. They only are to those who are limited... in their thinking... and ability to perceive beyond that which is physical.

Well, fine but realize that you're limited from the Muslim reality. And the hindu reality. An a thousand other "non-tangible realities" perceived only by the limited.

Dont fret though, its ok. You're still 1 better than me. I am limited as to all of them and will stick with the one tangibly evident reality that I've got.

Which you are certainly entitled to do, dear one (again, peace to you!). I am not trying to change your thinking or beliefs. I cannot and it isn't up to me, anyway. You commented, however:

if they can get an answer for "why can't I stop being raped?" etc then I'm certainly willing to carefully consider the answer

I gave you the answer. Whether you really are willingly to "carefully consider" that answer is now the question. It appears to me, however, that you are not and so weren't truly serious when you made the statement. Unfortunately, I gave you the benefit of the doubt and took you seriously. My bad.

    Again, peace to you!

Unanswered prayers are a clear indication that, not only does God exist, but that he is also telling you to "suck it up, you whiny little bitch".

No, your "answer" was essentially: people who are going through hell aren't getting help from God because all their pain made them not look for god.

Thats not an explanation: Its a cop out (and a very cruel cop-out at that!)

People who look for God... and find Him (or rather, are found by Him, by means of finding/being found by Christ)... go through pain, too, dear one (again, peace to you!). Sometimes the same pain... sometimes even more. They just don't blame Him for it... or turn away from looking for Him because of it. They realize that they are no better than anyone else, that MOST of mankind experiences some kind of pain... including themselves, and many times even worsw for them.

None of mankind is immune to pain and suffering, dear one. That was not the promise of this life. Rather, the challenge was that, given pain and suffering, each and every one of would, in fact, curse God to His face... rather than undergo such. Some have proven this challenge true. Some have not. Some of those who have not were not/are not able to endure on their own... and so gave their lives over to another, One who endured... and endures... FOR them. Not all can or need to do that. Either way... it's merely a choice.

    Again, peace to you!

Aguest, What is your view on the Malawi brothers? They thought they were being tortured for Jah and Jesus.

Maybe people are diabetic in this lifetime because they chose to experience what it is like to be diabetic.

While some souls clearly know why they are here, not all souls necessarily know the answer to why here why now. Some people wonder their whole life what they are supposed to be doing this time around.

Isn't there a scripture in the bible that says, "My undeserved kindness is sufficient for you"? Maybe if we didn't have health challenges, our egos would get too big and we would think we are superior to someone with health challenges.

Or else god is really a cruel, punishing diety.

    Just some rambling thoughts.

Greetings, dear Botswana, and peace to you! The Malawi "brothers" were misled by a group of men who claim to be God's faithful and discreet slave into believing they were being tortured for "Jehovah" and "Jesus." And they were. They did not, however, undergo torture for the Most Holy One of Israel, JAH of Armies, or His Son and Christ, the Holy One of Israel and Holy Spirit, JAHESHUA (MischaJah). How do I know? Because they don't know the latter. They know "Jehovah" and "Jesus" (well, think they do, but neither exist, so...). That is why my Lord, the Holy One of Israel, JAHESHUA will respond, when they say, "Lord, Lord, we did/underwent/suffered, etc., for YOU"... "I never knew YOU."

They don't belong to him, dear one... and I CAN say that, in all earnestness, because (1) they are not members of His Body, because (2) they are not in union with him because (3) they don't eat his flesh or drink his blood... nor do they follow HIM, but rather, they follow the voice of strangers, that of the WTBTS.

I am sorry if this doesn't meet with what you... they... and others... understand - because of what you may have been taught and misled to believe - but it is the truth.

    I bid you peace!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I felt the question posed by this thread was a "moral" one . . . one that requires a universal principal that has some semblance of justice for those who suffer innocently . . .

To simply say "God doesn't have to answer to anyone" . . . and "This is what the Bible says on the matter" (to that effect) . . . simply avoids the question . . . it's by no means an answer . . . sounds more like an "excuse"

It certainly answers nothing for me
