If your god can look down and see these poor children, and thenignore them - he either is impotent to act or he is a SHIT!
An Old Argument.... does it hold water?

Well , Jeff, I believe gibberish is on step above stupid, so I don't feel so bad. But heck Jeff, thanks for raising my standard. And I was thinking of writing a book....
The problem of the starving children just goes to prove MAN IS NOT GOD. Which might be an important lesson for WORLD.
Seeing it doesn't make any sense (my take on it), should I write another perspective? And I actually heard of voice in my left hear, it said no. My gibberish makes me laugh, what does it do for to you?
These three four things? But the answer is He has the power but then evil will get a hold on Him and we will all be as they are, starving. Inaction on heaven's part means something worse will happen if they intervene in some things. If what I see is true, then heaven is hurting too. (Babylon's) sin's have reached heaven. Revelation 18:5 Here is what the knowledgable has written about what "reached" means-

What is true is sincere assistance in some (worldly) things can and do make the situation worse. Just one thing that comes to mind is that of moving a victim that has damage to the neck area.

Jeff, you were given another option to your three point 'logic' on a few pages back. A clear and concisely stated option. You don't agree with that option, sure. But it e X ists. So you cannot say that no one has answered you. Well, you can say it if you want to, but the only thing it shows is that you seem to be ignoring it, because it doesn't mesh with what you want to believe.
Hmmm myelaine...and who are those spiritual children? You? Aguest? Tec? obviously not those starving children...he couldn't care less about them.
I would like to point out that God's children, (adopted AS children, through His Son), suffer as much as anyone else. They lose their jobs. They're homeless, hungry, dying - from disease and in disasters, they get hurt and suffer pain. They just don't blame God. (some might stumble and do so, perhaps only for a while though... but on the whole, their faith gives them strength and hope) Suffering is not a sign of God not caring. It is a consequence of the world we have created, with our choices, right from the beginning.
In line with that...
what is the difference to you of one sufferer or a million sufferers. Is there a difference to you? Please explain.
I would say that there is no difference, not to Christ as Jay asked. He, himself, said that the shephard leaves the 99 to find the 1.
Similarly, those 99 would rather suffer longer... for the sake of that 1 more who is being called and found.
Peace,
Tammy

Jeff:
From the NY Times, four days ago, a story about the food problem in Somalia, happening right now. . .
"Tens of thousands of people have already died, and as many as 750,000 could soon starve to death, the United Nations says, the equivalent of the entire populations of Miami and Pittsburgh."

Does this look familiar?
Who hasn't used these things with their childern?

I never did. They say its not good for them, because it hinders one good way that they have to sense things (by touch with their hands), and so slows their stimulation input and learning. (not for long, I know... but the scratches don't last long either) I get that this is not your point. You are instead talking about limited free will, yes?

More so on why they are used in the first place?

So that the child can't scratch herself.

The unbelievers are at a huge advantage. Because I can say what did they "take no note of" and you will say, who?, your imaginary friend. We don't listen to imaginary people.
In case someone might consider he said like the days of Noah, the end will be....they took no note. What did they take no note of? I know the answer, the question is for the sceptics. A hint for you all-the answer isn't the ark or that it would rain.
