From the official White House website:

The bust still in the White House. In the Residence. Outside the Treaty Room.

President Barack Obama shows Prime Minister David Cameron of the United Kingdom a bust of Sir Winston Churchill (July 20, 2010)

Please note I am not harsh nor am I judgemental re people on welfare. I am harsh and judgemental about a system that provides benefits in such a way that people are GENERALLY demotivated, deprived of self respect, made less self sufficient and are trapped by an over generous system that cannot be maintained as it costs too much.

Q, you don't know what an ad hominem attack is. I am addressing your comments about thinking Mitt's comments about the 47% being good directly. And your views and your experiences as a Mormon missionary directly connect with Mitt Romney and your shared Mormon background/history. You just keep digging yourself in deeper by telling us where you got those opinions, while out serving as a Mormon missionary. You brought up the Mormon welfare and missionary experiences.

Pop quiz Bizzy - how many busts of Churchill did Barack have in the White House when he started?

The 47% comment was a reference to those who would not be enticed by a message of lower taxes because they don't pay taxes no?

Right - that's what I thought you were on about, but couldn't believe you'd make such a fuss.

Point is - there is a bust of WC outside the Treaty Room. You didn't differeniate which one you were talking about.

Never give in--never, never, never, never, in nothing great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.

Bizzy - this Brit is in high dudgeon over a slight to his honour. A true Englishman will insist upon pedantry when he is openly ridiculed and will stand firm upon the point until proven either right or wrong , then he will retire for tea. FHN is making impassioned appeals about my supposed insults to working people when in fact I have never made such claims and have indeed said - more than once - that the act of working ennobled people. She is so shaking with apoplectic rage that she positively requires me to have insulted someone as some kind of justification for a point she hasn't yet made.

    Goodnight sirree. I must sleep.
