Then it is THAT "inspired utterance" that I would test. Against what? Against love. For love is the Law's fulfillment. If a spirit... ANY spirit... told me to harm anyone... including myself... I would KNOW it was not from my Lord. It could NOT be... for he GRANTS life... not take it away. He did not give his life so that he could turn around and tell folks to take others'; he gave his life so that ALL might live. The Father... shows mercy to whomever HE wishes to show it, by means of my Lord. What authority, then, would I have to take a life... to even harm a life... whose EVER life it should be? None. I would be on my own doing such a thing, led by a wicked spirit... in the manner of Cain. I am hear to bear witness to my Lord, however, in the manner of Abel... who was "faithful".

Omigosh... are you SERIOUS?!! You mean the thread on all the naked people lying prone, which is considered by some to be true art... and responses thereto which... laughingly... recalled to MY mind a song by the "funk" group, Parliament, called "We Want The Funk?"... and which post/photo did not bother ME... in the least... but I found TRULY amusing and "light" (considering all of the "heavy" stuff we discuss around here...)?!!

Heck, we've got folks here who convulse when hearing the word "hymen"!! And ya'll say I'm the one with "problems"?!

yes i believe her. When the HOLY SPIRIT speaks to you believe me there is no mistake for a demon. It seems so many of you leave the org. but still have their doctrines inbedded in your mind. If you pray sincerely and admit you are a sinner and accept Christ as your savior you can have the Holy Spirit come into your life.

So did mine, I had to be humbled and humbled some more before my heart was in a state to even listen. If anyone thinks life will turn into a life full of roses when you accept Christ is serverely mistaking. Well actually the thorny part, yes at first, much thorns that is.

Why Hamas? What or who undrmined your beliefs? Did you ever understand the trinity concept to begin with? I rejected it out of ignorance at first because I wasn't taught it properly. Then when I studied what it really taught for myself along with the bible and asked for the guidance of the Holy Spirit....I could no longer deny it. I never thought that would happen. I don't see how one can get past it though if you believe the bible, anyway...that is the concern that i have for Aguest. She picks and chooses what to believe from it. love, dj
