Yes, it may take six months....and it may NEVER happen, Pooh. It is nice and loyal of you to tell your husband you will stick by him. Problem with that is, you might lose yourself in the process. Honey, get some counselling. You need to find out who you are and be true to yourself here first. After that, you will be in a better place to decide whether or not this strange new-old husband is still a fit for you.
Chances are, your husband tried to calculate if you were the kind that would follow him wherever he went, including back to the dubs. If it is a co-dependant kind of relationship, you would. Men seem to know who to choose that would enable their choices, healthy or not.
