Of course it's lying but was the motive deliberate deception or a lazy and ignorant journalist? I guess at the end of the day the end result is the same. As far as I am concerned deliberate lying, misrepresentation and bias happens across all the media regardless of political persuasion and should be called out every time it happens.

Yes, the ends result is the same, but it really takes more effort to get it wrong in that case than to get it right. Someone sees "Sikh" and decides it would be more convenient if it said "Muslim".

That is everything wrong with people up and down the spectrum of "news" now - they have agendas that the want to push rather than just reporting the facts. If the facts don't align with their world view, well, they try and re-write them.

Bottom line is: I don't believe it was accidental if you look at the publication concerned and the type of accident. Why don't we see accidents the other way round?

Look at all the terror attacks happening in Poland and those countries who don't welcome Muslims. Wow, practically NONE. Look at France, and it's rate went from 5 in 10 years to 123 in 10 years for it's open arms towards Muslims!
