That Yahoo image doesn't make sense. It's a cart inside a police cordon. The explosion was at the MEN and late in the evening. There would be no carts around at that time. I have feeling that image might be from the Westminster attack and it's a stock image being used by Yahoo. Only a guess though...
The image is from the Arndale center in Manchester which was evacuated today - it looks like it is within the area that was evacuated so has quite rightly been abandoned, not really something to criticize them for
