I'd be surprised if there weren't some in the org who didn't believe that the Society was going through an antitypical "wicked Kings of Israel" phase.
I don't understand how anyone could successfully answer "no comment" to a yes or no question.
If for any reason you didn't want to be de facto disfellowshipped, better to answer "yes" and prepare a huge litany of spontaneous, "fits-the-occasion" excuses for continuing to miss meetings and field service. They haven't started disfellowshipping for poor meeting attendance or inadequate service hours, have they? Not yet.
If it doesn't matter to you whether you are effectively disfellowshipped, answer "no" and get it over with.
as for Elsewhere's comment,
I also wonder if this will result in everyone having to sign or pronounce a Statement of Affirmation regarding their faith or be summarily viewed as disassociated and shunned.
Nooooooooooobody expects the Spanish Inquisition! Almost nobody!
