by Englishman in..be aware that it could be auctioned to the highest bidder.. the pic is of the house that the assistant local po lived at until his death some weeks ago.
like many witnesses, he decided to name the watchtower society as the sole beneficiary of his will.
astonishingly, the house has been put up for auction instead of being put on the market via an estate agency.. this means of disposal ensures a quick sale to a cash buyer with a minimum of delay.

i'd open it and read it...if it was asking me to come back to the congregation, i would go take a hefty poopy and wipe my ass with it....and then feed it to the kitty =D if it was an important letter that i needed, lets say, the congregation telling me they are sorry for all the hurt they've caused me and my g/f, then i'd frame it and say GG I win you lose 1-0

I Talked My Daughter's Boyfriend's . . .

to recap, i have been posting about how my 17 yo daughter is dating an 18 yo unbaptized jw, carl.
they are madly in love (or whatever) and i support and approve of their dating since he has proven to be a good respectful kid with brains and the ability to think for himself.

dayum....i wish my g/f's mother was as nice as that. but she probably knows whats goin on, maybe you even opened a door. g'luck in any case..... my mom's like that. she'll let my g/f stay over at my house, but i have to sleep at my grandma's house in the city =( just keep an eye on her, because my mom just snapped back into her "truthly" thinking a few weeks ago...

Lost
by Puternut infeeling lost today.. it's the weekend, and i will be once again going home to an empty house, where my children won't be welcoming me home.
i haven't seen or talked to them in a very long time.
i won't be able to kiss their sweet faces, or hold them close to me, so i can tell them i love them.

lol, i'm a hassle. i'll admit that. just wanted to let mr. puter here know that there's kids out there that still don't want to see a guy like him down. especially over something thats almost out of his control.

i've never gotten that point since i was a little kid.
i was raised in a penecostal family, so i knew some of the world, and some of jw....but every time i got around the jw's they would force that they only held the truth.

why does everyone say that there is one true religion? i've never gotten that point since i was a little kid. i was raised in a penecostal family, so i knew some of the world, and some of JW....but every time i got around the JW's they would FORCE that they only held the truth. nobody else that i ever talked to (including the rest of my non-JW family) ever pushed the fact that christianity was true. they claimed to be christians, but didn't push the fact to listen to them only because it was true. how do you know christianity is true? how do you know that islam is true? one of the things that makes the most sense to me is Native American religions. it was basic and simple and down to the point, and they existed very well until Europeans came over. "be at one with nature". i know some of the indian traditions sound messed up, but they were just traditions. if Christianity was the true religion, why are there so many denominations and why is the bible so confusing? if its so easy, then why is it so hard to find and so hard for other people to accept? JWism has gotten me about sick of religion. i know so much old truth that are now lies, that i can't take it anymore. what is goign to happen in the next 10 years? the truth of today is goign to be the lie of tomorrow? piss on it. piss on the truth of today and the lie of tomorrow (truth according to the WTS). what i don't get is why all of these old men are so hostile about trying to control all these people. why do all of these old farts have to claim they hold all religous truth in the world??? and why do they have to make everything so damn complicated....

JW.com is probably the most popular JW forum in the world - there are a lot of active dubs posting (and lurking) here.
yep, i'm another one of them. before i would have never thought to even LOOK on the internet for JW stuff (besides www.jwmedia.org). now i walk in the KH, CO, or DO and i just look into a person's eyes and wonder what they are thinking, if they read, or even if they post. sometimes i ask what they're thinking, sometimes i just guess. iono.........

i agree. i'm like i am because of the way i was raised and how i was raised. once i learned about a few lies about my own personal life (not the WTS), then i started examining everything. now if i don't agree with it i research it until i prove myself wrong, or else prove them on beyond a reasonable doubt. i hate it come to think of it. i'm too stubborn.
