Hi Terry,
I never knew that mind over matter was considered to be "supernatural nonsense" to anyone.
I ,personaly , am not a follower of any of the above mentioned people.
I'll have to search what mind over matter REALLY is. Maybe it's not what I thought it was.
Still learning something new everyday!

MIND over MATTER is pretty simple.
Jesus got into it pretty thick when he said, "Say to that mountain 'Move over there" and it will."
That is mind over matter.
That is supernatural thinking because it is imagination and not science.
Either you are rational (demand no contradictions between the laws of physics and your thinking) or you are not. There is no in-between.
There is no magic. There is technology which is the practical application of "thinking" to applied science.
But, you can't move mountains by using your mind directly.
NEW AGE thinking is woo-woo.
Quacks, charlatans, liars, mystics and guys like Jesus confuse reality with imagination. (Note: I don't think anybody named Jesus ever said anything like the mountain quote.)
If you want to believe in these sorts of things you can expect to find yourself in....umm...."interesting" company. You won't find disciplined thinkers among them, only true believers who will fight you tooth and claw if you point out the man behind the curtain.
