It does not take 2 witness TO THE SAME EVENT, it can be 2 witness to 2 different events of the same thing (support of apostate teachings) to set you up for a Judicial Committee. So, if a different elder returns to talk to you, or if Elder #1 returns with Elder #2, but Elder #1 goes back to the car, by you saying all the same things to Elder #2 will constitute TWO WITNESSES to your apostate views and qualify for you to be invited to a JC.
For the last 7 years I've presented myself as an unbelieving relative to any JW's calling on our door so as to be able to talk openly to them.
To present yourself as "AN UNBELIEVER" might not be a good idea any more. That could easily be construed that you no longer consider yourself one of Jehovah's Witnesses. (= Disassociation)
While, technically, DOC is correct, I don't believe local elders bother to think things out in such a complicated way unless they were gunning for a member. Yes, Flipper cannot discuss his deep "unbeliever" stuff with the next sister to come by anymore than he can discuss it with another elder if they could constitute two witnesses. Elder #1 could easily send Bro. or Sis. Pioneer to his home with baited questions. But I am sure he is safe on his past discussions.
Still, watch your back Flipper. Someone who won an appeal before but hasn't attended meetings since then- he probably won't win his next appeal even if they violate all their own rules to df you. But that would be the case only if these locals (who didn't even know you existed until recently) were gunning for you.
