How? LOL. If a "believer" persists in public disagreement of parts of the REAL BIBLE* then they are not believing, are they?

*The loving kind way to interpret what Tammy says about the Bible (that I think is true also) is it has been bastardized. And it has, she is right. I am sure it can be "fixed" but I am the only one that I know who would. I do it for myself. For myself I am rewriting the Bible (in my head).

As was already pointed out earlier in this thread by another poster, unless you read the Bible, there is no other source to know about God/Christ.

So how can most believers, per your comment, look at the "unreal" Bible available to all, since they don't have your copy/version, and say they know Christ?

Other people have posted no, that's not what I said, but how you heard it (read it).

There is no other source for getting personal with God/Christ. I believe that too.

So you're basically following a religion of one - yours - where you get to make the rules and decide for you what's right and wrong and decide for you what's real and what's not. Seems kind of Atheist.

Personally I believe Christ can not be known as "friend" if a believer settles on what othe rpeople say about the Bible. Now we can investigate if for ourselves with the blessing of interlinear (BIBLOS is what I use). http://biblos.com/

So to know love first is needed, because it was written in the spirit of love. That is the real Bible. Understanding LOVE with love.

I don't see it so much as kind of Athiest as more kind of Unitarian. Sort of a "free range chicken" religiously speaking, as opposed to a commercial hatchery raised chicken. Nothing wrong with that.

6:00 pm. I get nervous whenever I have to be somewhere. That is why I don't see the doctor. I can't make the appointment. Is that mental?

If I do research time will slip away and I have to make supper.
