Of course not, nor does God HAVE or NEED an organization, he never has and never will.

Was there one when he spoke to Noah? to Abraham? Moses?

When Jesus came did he go to an organization or to individuals?

To even suggest that God needs anything like a corrupt group of men is ridiculous.

I'm not going to read through all 11 pages of comments, though I did read through the first 3 and the last 2.

Firstly,

By living THIS life the best you can and really putting forth an effort to make it a success, you will find that you will not want a better life in the future.

Wasting this life for the next one when God supposedly gave you this life is a very ungrateful way to live.

Secondly,

My answer would be that if Jesus chose the congregation once known as Bible Students in 1919 as they were worshipping God back then, then no, JW's of today do NOT make up God's organization on earth today.

Why? Because WTS and JW's bear no resemblance whatsoever of the congregation Jesus supposedly chose in 1919.

It morphed into a completely different religion, much like this thread morphed from hope for the future to is the WTS really God's channel.

Thus, by doing so, disqualified the WTS from being called by Jesus as God's sole representative on earth.

Well Outlaw, he did reply even after I thought we were gonna stick to one subject. If he wants to tackle the Rand-Cam thing with ya'll that's fine by me...

I'm willing to give the guy a chance, just so we don't run him off badgering him to death before he has a chance to learn something about the dishonesty of the WTS.

SINS, if you're for real, good luck on your research. I know this much...if you really believed the JWs were the true religion and then you start to see evidence contrary to that, it is very hard to accept at first, but if you're honest with yourself, you won't stop when it starts to hurt. You'll keep looking and researching...and you won't take our word for it either. Take to task everything the WTS says and take to task what we say. If you're intellectually honest, you'll find the truth of the matter. What you decide to do with that knowledge is up to you.

If God needed an organization, then he picked one to canonize his word. That's a pretty important task - wouldn't you agree? Hmmm. Which religion did that? Which religion did the name JEHOVAH originate from? Oh, it's the one that the WATCHTOWER calls a FALSE RELIGION.
