That would make you an idiot then. An owner of a site can be made legally responsible for comments made by others when he/she has some control over it's publication.

I too wonder a bit why Rick is allowed free advertising on the largest and most respected xjws board on the net.

I think it's currently the best option: If he had any sense he would have put his hands up and apologised instead of digging a hole. This way, people can decide for themselves what he is like and the topic itself can play out rather than giving a get-out of being able to claim "I was silenced".

I am no stranger to swearing, but I was disgusted at the language used by 'Pornoporkers' (in itself a disgusting name) on that link. Rick, if this is the best sort of person you can get to try and defend yourself, it's not something you should be admitting on a public forum----especially as you call yourself a Christian. Actually, I agree - after thinking about it.

I should admit, though, that I personally would have banned him weeks ago.

By this thread being up we can see the debth of low that Rick will sink to. Even involving my teenage daughter because she was upset that her mom was upset and wrote Rick an email. I was aware of the email after the fact. My kids are protective of me, what can I say? By Rick posting this information it shows that 1) I did not lie, something DID happen that made me upset. That something was feeling like I was attacked in his "church" by the nut jobs on six screens. An attack that Rick orchestrated. 2) It also shows that Rick is an absolute Liar, because on THIS thread he claimed he would not post the church call 'due to respect for Lil" but yet will bring up the letter my barely legal daughter wrote? What is the point of this but to TRY to embarass me again, just like he did in church?

Rick you are showing you ARE the type of person who willfully tries to embarass those who do not agree with you.

I.M.O, Rick has dug himself into a grand canyon of a hole and rather then embarrasing ME or ROC (my hubby), he has embarrased himself. My daughter comes off looking much more mature than Rick. And IF he allows her to speak on the call, she will make even more of a fool out of him.
