Sab, straight question.... Are you high right now? I'm NOT judging or giving you shit, I really am curious. You're kinda writing in riddles and I'm not sure what to make of it. Maybe I haven't been paying attention on JWN since I came back.

That was my first thought when I read it as well. However since that original cognition I have read the wikipedia quotes many times and have thought it over some. I have concluded that I have to tip my hat to any endeavor that will either render your idea or belief as true or false. They dabbled in science and got burned and I salute them for it. The Watchtower can hardly be descibed as so bold, for they are cowards of the highest degree. Equal corwardice can be found within the cult of Mormanism, but my studies of them show them to be in stark contrast to my former teachers upon only a second or third glance.

Moses, like Job and everyone after the Flood, had righteous traits because they had been tested for righteousness and their enemies dealt with
So are they more like Hitler, who killed millions, but apparently was nice to children, or more like King David, who killed hundreds of thousands but ... well, who was that righteous murderer nice to? Is there a scripture you can show that says they had BEEN tested for righteouss or that they acted righteously? What about the Omrides? They were tested but considered bad. What about the Egyptians or Assyrians?

Because of passion. My newfound personal faith has made me look at actions from human beings differently. I still use right and wrong on a moment by moment basis. In fact I consider myself a student of right and wrong, which I think is the philisophical study of cause and effect which just so happens to be the study of God or theology.
I have been watching Mr Romney's every move when he's in the spotlight at least. I am very interested in how he chooses to present himself and his cult to the public. I was moved when he told the stoy of him and his Dad hearing on the radio in a car that Blacks were allowed equal rights in the Church (the Watchtower hates so much they can't even say the word church). They knew it was wrong before it was Wrong and that's admirable. Does it condone shunning or totalitarian doctrinal rule? Absolutely not, but I don't have much hope in the Watchtower ever making a change that doesn't deep down have some fiscal benefit. The WORLD WIDE WORK INCORPERATED. God's Sole Channel. DING
